These wines have all been awarded at least 95/100 by James Halliday of The Australian Wine Companion. They will be available to order on the day at exclusive prices.

The Empirica range of wines are produced in tiny quantities from exceptional parcels of fruit. As the name suggests, the winemaking techniques applied to this range often stray from convention. Each variety is treated differently, with the winemakers given open reign to produce unique expressions of regionality & variety.
