Dish Cookbook for Starlight Foundation

Lalla Rookh is honoured to be a part of Dish Cookbook, a one-of-a-kind, limited edition cookbook supporting the Starlight Children’s Foundation.

Australia's best chefs, including Lalla Rookh Head Chef, Alexandra Haynes, have assembled their favourite recipes to raise money for the Starlight Children's Foundation. Dish features 88 recipes by 45 restaurants around the country, including Africola, Bistro Rex, Bodega 1904, Cutler & Co, Ester, Hubert, Longrain and LP Meats. Starlight Children's Foundation brightens the lives of seriously ill children and their families in Australia through hospital programs and experiences, a cause we are very proud to support.

Dish Cookbook is available for pre-order from until Sunday 23rd July for $75 with all proceeds going directly to the Starlight Children's Foundation. There will also be a special limited edition run with books signed by the chefs and venues involved, that will be available to purchase for $100. If you have any queries please email us
