Si Vintners is owned by a husband and wife team of qualified winemakers, who in September of 2010 purchased a 30 acre estate with 20 acres under vine (majority planted in 1978) in Rosa Glen, south of Margaret River. Iwo and Sarah are motivated to hand craft natural wines, which are an expression of the vineyard and sub-region. Since purchasing the property, the vineyard has been farmed 100% organic/biodynamic. All their wines are made without any of the usual additives used in commercial winemaking, apart from a small sulphur addition at bottling. Si Vintners bottle their wines without fining or filtration as they believe that these processes take away aromas and flavours from the wine. They believe a little sediment in the bottom of the bottle only creates a more authentic wine. Please join us & Iwo from Si Vintners as we taste through a selection of new releases from the Si range.
